Stacia joined the team in January with the goal of competing in masters bikini. Having competed the year previous, and done incredibly well, she had a wealth of experience and knew exactly what prep would entail.
On the initial consult call, she was very clear about her goal, to come out and win, having grabbed 2nd place in her first season. That meant that everything we did there after was with one goal in mind, winning.
From the start of coaching we placed a huge emphasis on training execution, pushing her calories up and training extremely hard. We had roughly an 8 week push up before prepping for the upcoming season. Prep progressed smoothly with zero hiccups along the way which meant she was ready earlier than we had planned.
We therefore jumped in an early show, PCA Muscle Talk, where she bagged first place! With a big season ahead of her, I’ve no doubt she will continue to collect wins and silverware!

“I reached out to Vaughan as I had seen lots of his posts on instagram and had only heard really good things about him!!
I told Vaughan on a consult call that I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to compete again and Vaughan said “if you’re done you’ll know you’re done” so I decided to commit to another season!
After starting in January I was shocked at the level of service he provided, his check in response times are second to none, and his knowledge of the industry is impressive, my 1st show of the season was just amazing, Vaughan was by my side every step of the way making show day stress free, I couldn’t have asked for anymore from him.
I’m so glad I decided to make the leap and proud to be part of the Prep Coach UK team.”
