Chris came on board back in 2018, with the goal of wanting to compete in his first ever bodybuilding show. I had known Chris for some time before working together and I knew how hard he trained and what his potential could be with the right structure/direction. He was actually the first male I ever put on stage.
Fast forward six years and 30 shows later, it’s safe to say things have moved quickly but at the same time it’s been one hell of a journey. Every year Chris works tremendously hard in his off season, progressing his lifts and eating his meals. In doing so, he comes back better every single year and I cannot wait to see what he does in the future.
Our most successful season was the one that just past in 2024, where he competed in 8 shows in 6 weeks, grabbing multiple wins and 4 x overalls.

“Initially in 2018 I signed up with Vaughan to give my self a goal to get stage lean one time. Fast forward 6 years and 30 shows and we are still going strong. The service has gotten better each year and so has Vaughan’s knowledge , which in turn has lead me to become not only a better athlete but coach also. If I ever have a question regarding a topic , Vaughan will always give me an answer and if he doesn’t know the answer he will study it and let me know.
His attention to detail and the fact he’s at every single show and the night previously goes a long long way in where you will place! During my coaching with Vaughan my life has chanced dramatically . My confidence in myself has sky rocketed, my own business in coaching has been successful and goals I thought that were never going to be in reach for myself are now very much achievable. I would recommend Vaughan to anyone looking to compete from beginner to someone more advanced like myself.
