Viviana reached out to me in Spring 2024 with her sights set on doing a show in the U.K towards the tail end of the season. Being based in Hong Kong, it meant that the time difference between us was always 7-8 hours.
As coaching began, we didn’t have a lot of time until she would be in prep for her shows, so we spent the first six weeks of coaching building her calories up and reviewing training execution and intensity. This gave us some solid foundations to work with which led to a prep that flowed seamlessly!
We picked a PCA first timers show as our first targeted show, which she placed 3rd out of a strong line up of 14 girls! She then competed 6 days later at the 2Bros naturals where she grabbed 2 x 4th places. After which she immedietly went to the airport and flew to Amsterdam to wrap her season up at the PCA Worlds the following day.
I couldn’t have asked more from her throughout prep as she was always very meticulous with everything she did and I couldn’t be more proud of her if I tried. I know this is only the beginning and she has an incredible amount of potential to go far in this sport!

“In May 2024, I reached out to Vaughan when I decided to compete in my first-ever show in the UK. What started as a plan for one show turned into four shows and a photoshoot!
