Prep Coach UK Policy for Payments via Stripe®: This Fulfilment Policy outlines the terms for subscriptions paid through Stripe®. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Fulfilment Policy: This Fulfilment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for refunds. Our services accepts all currencies. All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. Prep Coach UK does not store any credit card details.
Subscription Confirmation: You will receive a link to initiate your subscription and save a payment method for your recurring payments. To update your payment method, please contact vaughan@prepcoachuk.com. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details.
Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the billing cycle selected (e.g., monthly, annually).
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on payments/subscriptions.
Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting vaughan@prepcoachuk.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Failed Transactions: If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.
Privacy Policy: Your payment information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Delivery Policy: Upon starting plans are emailed over within a 48 hour period. There after weekly checks will be responded to within 24 hours.
Return policy: We do not offer returns.
